Billboard covers the story of Miley from a 12-year-old fearless “Hannah Montana” star to a 17-year-old modern pop diva.
As seen on the cover, Miley holds a huge wooden letter “M. The way she looks in the Billboard magazine cover is quite the same in her “Can’t Be Tamed” cover album.
Miley wears all black outfit and displays her new grown-up attitude. Inside the cover, Miley said that being authentic is the key to her success as she transitions to adulthood. Like Disney teen stars Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Christina Aguilera before her, Miley is now making the often-murky transition into adult artist.
“I’m just at a certain place where I’ve changed a lot as a person,” she says. “I’ve grown up a lot, which everyone does.”

Billboard also features the fourth and final season of “Hannah Montana” TV series and “Can’t Be Tamed,” her third studio album which will be released on June 18, 2010 by Hollywood Records.

First Network TV Special from the Internationally-Renowned and Multi-Platinum Selling Superstar Will Air June 18
Leading up to the worldwide release of her latest CD, “Can’t Be Tamed,” the internationally-renowned and multi-platinum selling Miley Cyrus will appear in the one-hour special, “Miley Cyrus: Live From London,” on FRIDAY, JUNE 18 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. The concert was filmed at the famed O2 Arena in London during her sold-out worldwide tour and contains excerpts from her live show. The program captures how Miley, who has grown up in the public eye, has grown as an artist and reveals her natural progression and sophistication. The concert is gleaned from the full length concert that will be available for sale June 22 on the deluxe version of Miley’s album.
In the ABC concert special, Miley will be performing some of her biggest hits, including “Seven Things,” “Party In The USA,” and “The Climb.”
Executive produced by Tish Cyrus and Jason Morey, the “Miley Cyrus: Live From London” was directed by Russell Thomas and produced by Jim Parsons. The night the concert was filmed, Miley broke all attendance records at the 02 Arena, and was one of her five sold shows there.
MILEY CYRUS “GETS HER GOOD ON” WITH BLESSINGS IN A BACKPACK ORGANIZATIONMon, May 24, 2010Miley visited Hazard, Kentucky to review the progress of her partnership with Blessings in a Backpack (blessingsinabackpack.org), a charitable program that helps feeds at-risk public school children nationwide.
She met with Blessings In A Backpack program officials and Hazard County school representatives and received updates on the program’s impact on the lives of both its school-age recipients and school-age volunteers. She also took time out to meet a few of the program’s younger recipients and high school aged ‘backpack packing’ volunteers to thank them for “getting their own good on” with the program.
“Hazard, in fact all of Appalachia, has always been special to me and to my whole family”, said Cyrus. “It’s where we’re from. So the health and education of these Hazard County kids was important to me, and something I felt I really could help do something about…thru the Blessings In A Backpack organization. I’m really, really happy with what I’ve seen and heard here today. These kids, and this organization, are really amazing.”
